3.Description of the Service

Red River Poker is a free, ad-free catalog that aggregates publicly available information about live poker streams from third-party streaming platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and Goodgame, and presents them in a single interface. Red River Poker does not host, produce, broadcast, or store any video content. All streams are played through the official embedded players of their respective platforms.

4.No Affiliation

Red River Poker is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Twitch, Kick, Goodgame, or any streamer or channel listed on the Service.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or circumvent any part of the Service or of the third-party platforms it references.

6.Third-Party Content

Streams, channel names, titles, thumbnails, and other materials displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners and platforms. Your interaction with that content is also governed by the terms and policies of the relevant platform.
